The Imperial Tai-Chi Academy has been
established since 1986 and in that time has taught thousands of people the
art of Tai Chi. Our instructors are fully qualified and highly motivated
with a minimum of five years experience and are able to bring this ancient
eastern practice to your workplace with sessions individually designed for
your company's needs.
From its roots as a martial art Tai Chi has
broadened to become a popular energy exercise that can be done both
indoors and outdoors and which requires no special equipment or
clothing.
Over 400 years ago ancient scholars, doctors and
philosophers in the east acknowledged the negative impact that stress,
physical inactivity, and mental anxiety have on the body. As a result, an
exercise system was developed to increase relaxation, breathing, overall
fitness and health.

a set of slow flowing movements along with correct breathing techniques
